Our History

Founded in 1982 by Joseph Sherman, Video City Productions began as a neighborhood video rental store in a small 600-square-foot space in Philadelphia. In its early years, the company offered video rental, film transfers, and basic video services. Over time, Joseph and his team started offering on-location videography and video editing services, naturally progressing into professional videography.

As the company grew, so did its offerings. In just a few short years, Video City Productions expanded its space, services, and inventory. Today, Video City Productions is recognized as one of the leading video production studios in the Philadelphia area, known for its high-quality commercial, corporate, and event videography services.
