Tailwaggers Pet Food and Supplies opened its doors in 2003 in Hollywood, California, with a commitment to offering healthy, natural pet care products. We focus on providing a holistic approach to pet health, ensuring that our customers can trust the products they buy for their pets. Our mission is to create a shopping experience that is enjoyable, educational, and rewarding for pet owners, offering products we feel good about giving to our own animal companions, Henry and Buddy.

Our Commitment to Community Activism

Community activism is a core value at Tailwaggers. The name “Tailwaggers” is a tribute to the Tail-waggers Club, a charity established in 1915 in England to advance dog welfare. This philanthropic organization grew quickly, and by 1930, it had almost a million members worldwide. With the support of notable figures like Bette Davis, who was elected president of the Southern California branch, the Tail-waggers Club made significant strides in raising awareness for animal welfare.

We are committed to continuing the tradition of charitable giving and community involvement that the Tail-waggers Club started. Each month, we donate a percentage of our sales to various animal charities, rescue organizations, and free clinics.
