A Visionary Development

Opened in 2003, Sugar Land Town Square was the result of a partnership between Planned Community Developers (PCD) and the City of Sugar Land. This visionary project sought to create a vibrant downtown destination that would serve as the heart of the community, offering a place where residents could live, work, shop, and socialize. Over the years, it has evolved into a dynamic hub for residents and visitors alike, reshaping the city’s landscape.
