Renovate Paint and Design was founded in 2000 by Charles and Carol Loveless, a husband-and-wife team who saw an opportunity to combine their diverse skills and experience to create a company that would offer more than just quality painting and carpentry services. Charles began working as a painter and carpenter while attending university in the late 1980s, and this early exposure to the construction industry became the foundation for his future career. After earning his master’s degree and working for a decade in social services, he transitioned to the entrepreneurial world with the help of his wife, Carol.
