Our Story: A Space for the Community

Founded in June 2017, Moade Center was created to fill a gap in the San Antonio market for affordable, flexible, and inspiring workspaces. Owner Lori Hagee was motivated by her own need for a professional yet relaxed work environment that didn’t come with the steep price tags associated with other shared workspaces. Lori envisioned a place that was not only functional but enjoyable—a space where people could thrive without feeling the pressure of a corporate office.

Meet the Business Owner: Lori Hage

Lori Hagee is the heart and soul behind Moade Center. As an entrepreneur herself, Lori was frustrated with the rising costs of co-working spaces that didn’t inspire creativity or offer the flexibility she and others needed. She wanted to create something different—a co-working space that felt like home. Inspired by the cozy, laid-back vibe of a coffee house, Lori designed Moade Center to be an inviting space where people would actually want to spend their days.
