Welcome to Mamma Toledo’s, a bakery specializing in some of the best pies you can find in the great city of Phoenix and throughout Arizona. We also offer a variety of homemade desserts and serve freshly brewed local coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold-brewed coffee. Everything we make is crafted with love and care using only the finest local ingredients. Our coffee beans are roasted just 15 minutes away in Tempe, Arizona, by the renowned Cortez Coffee Company, ensuring a fresh, bold coffee experience.

Our Story and History

Mamma Toledo’s began with a love for desserts. As a little girl, I had a special tradition of eating ice cream before dinner, which sparked my lifelong passion for baking. In 2010, I began selling my pies at local farmers markets, and by 2011, I took the next step and opened a food truck—dubbed the “pie truck.” In 2013, I moved into a small space within Short Leash Hotdogs’ original location on Roosevelt. By 2014, I found a permanent home for Mamma Toledo’s on 7th Street, where we continue to bake fresh pies and desserts every day.

Our coffee beans are sourced and roasted by Cortez Coffee Company, located just a short distance away in Tempe.
