Our Founders – Pastors Richard and Veronica

At the heart of Igniting the Harvest are Pastors Richard and Veronica, who have dedicated their lives to serving the Lord for over 27 years. Their unwavering faith and commitment to God have guided the growth and development of ITH, and their leadership continues to inspire others to pursue their calling. Pastor Richard is not only a dynamic communicator of God’s Word, but he also serves on the board of directors for the National Hispanic Christian Leaders Conference. His deep passion for spreading the message of God and empowering others is evident in every message he shares.

Pastor Richard’s vision for ITH Church is centered around bringing families closer together by teaching the importance of Godly principles and how they can be applied in everyday life. His goal is to help individuals grow in their faith and live out the calling God has placed on their lives. Alongside Pastor Richard, Veronica has been faithfully serving the Lord for over 27 years, supporting her husband and helping build a thriving and powerful ministry. Together, they have four children and nine grandchildren, and their legacy of love, faith, and service continues to impact lives today.
