History of Hulen Street Church

Hulen Street Church was founded in 1959 as a church plant of Connell Baptist Church in north Fort Worth, Texas. Since our inception, we have sought to serve the needs of the local community and create a place of worship for people to connect with God. In 1984, we made a significant transition by moving to the south side of Fort Worth. We took over an old tennis club, which we transformed into our current church building. This new space allowed us to serve an even larger congregation, and we’ve continued to grow and evolve ever since.

Over the years, Hulen Street Church has experienced incredible growth as we have seen more and more individuals come to know God through our ministry. In the last few years, we’ve become even more intentional about helping people through their faith journeys and providing them with the resources and support they need to grow spiritually. We take pride in offering a church experience that emphasizes the love and acceptance of Jesus, making it easier for people to feel welcomed and accepted into our family of believers.
