Matt believed in providing real estate agents with the tools and support they needed to succeed, while offering clients high-quality service without the burden of high fees. Meet Bill Kratz – Business Owner and Real Estate Expert

Bill Kratz, the business owner of HomeSmart Realty Advisors, has extensive experience in real estate. He began his career in 2007, diving into real estate investing by purchasing and flipping homes. By 2008, he expanded his portfolio with rental properties while simultaneously sourcing deals for other investors. Bill’s deep understanding of real estate investing has given him a unique perspective on the market, allowing him to help buyers and sellers navigate the industry with confidence.

A Journey from Real Estate Investor to Broker

In 2010, Bill took his real estate career to the next level by activating his real estate license, and by 2013, he earned his Broker’s license. With his entrepreneurial spirit and experience, he co-founded a boutique real estate brokerage alongside partner Rob Foglio. After a few successful years, Bill and Rob joined the HomeSmart family in 2016, becoming the first to bring HomeSmart International to the Greater Philadelphia area. Bill’s diverse background in real estate investment and brokerage has provided him with invaluable insight into the market, allowing him to understand both the practical and strategic needs of his clients.
