A Message from Our Founders

We are Andrew Kim and Mark Boonnark, the co-founders of Healthy Spot. Our journey began back in 2008 after the devastating 2007 pet food recalls, which left many pet owners struggling to find trustworthy food options. At the time, Andrew had just adopted his dog, Maya, and struggled to find safe and nutritious food for her. Mark, on the other hand, had lost his dog, Biscuit, to cancer, despite feeding him popular commercial pet foods. These experiences made it clear that there was a need for a pet store that could offer pet owners safer, more reliable choices.
