Grayzer Electric was founded in 2011 by Jeff, who embarked on his journey as an apprentice electrician in September 2000 in Corpus Christi, TX. With a passion for electrical work, Jeff spent six years refining his skills with one contractor before earning his Master’s License at just 23 years old. After relocating to the Austin area, Jeff continued to grow his expertise, working with two more contractors. In 2011, he decided to take the leap and start his own business, founding Grayzer Electric. The name “Grayzer” was inspired by Jeff’s hockey nickname, a lighthearted nod to the sport he loves.

Grayzer Electric has been deeply embedded in the Austin community since its founding. We pride ourselves on hiring local electricians who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely invested in the area. Jeff, the owner, remains an active member of the community, continuing to play hockey multiple times a week. He and his wife, Jessica, who is also a licensed Journeyman electrician, make sure that every job prioritizes customer education.
