Charlene’s journey in the pet grooming industry began in 1995 when she started working with PetSmart. She quickly discovered her natural talent for pet grooming and developed a deep passion for working with animals. After honing her skills, Charlene became the manager at Glamour Paws in 2000. It was during this time that she dreamed of owning her own grooming business.

The Birth of C.R. Paws Mobile Grooming

In her quest to bring that dream to life, Charlene took the bold step of starting C.R. Paws Mobile Grooming. The business was an immediate success, and it quickly became the premier mobile grooming service in Fort Worth. Charlene’s dedication and expertise were evident, and C.R. Paws earned a stellar reputation among pet owners in the community.

The Purchase of Glamour Paws

After years of managing Glamour Paws and successfully running C.R. Paws, Charlene and her husband Jason were able to purchase Glamour Paws in 2015. With the purchase, their goal was to continue growing the business and creating a wonderful workplace for their team. Since then, Glamour Paws has flourished and now employs a dedicated team, including 8 full-time groomers, an office manager, several receptionists, and six bathers— all of whom share a deep love and passion for animals.
