Bob Nastasi, the owner and president of A to B Property Management, has an extensive background in real estate. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1985 and became a licensed Broker in 1992. Bob has a wealth of experience, having managed and sold nearly 1000 bank-owned properties. He is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and has extensive knowledge of short sales.

Bob is passionate about property management and real estate and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. He regularly attends seminars and training sessions to ensure that A to B Property Management stays at the forefront of the industry. Bob’s educational background includes a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Florida.
