Top Choice Real Estate School was founded and is currently operated by Troy Gray. His journey into real estate education began in 2005 when he started his career as a math instructor in the Florida public school system. Growing up in Jacksonville and throughout his career in education, Troy developed a deep passion for real estate. In 2012, he decided to pursue this passion and became a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Agent.

During his time as a sales agent, Troy frequently encountered people who expressed interest in becoming real estate agents themselves and asked, “How can I get my real estate license?” Motivated to help, Troy began informally assisting friends and associates in obtaining their real estate licenses. After careful thought and research, he decided to take his involvement in real estate a step further. In pursuit of advancing his role in the industry, Troy became a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor.
