The Property Management Company of Jacksonville was founded in 2005 by Krist Strassenberg under the original name of “Condo and Home Selector.” Initially created to meet the needs of condo conversion investors and property owners in Jacksonville, the company quickly grew and evolved. Over the years, we have expanded our services to accommodate a wide range of property management requirements, establishing ourselves as a leader in the Jacksonville property management industry.

Meet the Business Owner

Krist Strassenberg, the founder and business owner of The Property Management Company of Jacksonville, comes from a military family and has lived all over the United States and overseas. His father retired in Georgia in the 1980s, and after graduating from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management, Krist began his career with a large shipment and logistics company.

A Career Built on Experience and Expertise

After spending six years in the logistics industry, Krist and his wife decided to move to Jacksonville, Florida, in 1992 to start new careers and a new life. In 1995, Krist obtained his real estate license and began working with a local rental finding and temporary housing company. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience and worked his way up to the role of Broker and General Manager. In 2002, Krist ventured out on his own, founding “Apartment Home Locators, Inc.,” a business that later became part of the national franchise of Apartment Selector.
