Our relationship with State Farm has since continued, and we now specialize in offering temporary housing for adjusters and displaced families. We aim to reduce the workload for insurance companies by offering complete account management and dedicated customer support. Whether responding to a disaster or providing housing for a policyholder, Smallwood ensures the process is as smooth as possible, from the time a loss occurs to when the policyholder moves back into their home.

As the demand for temporary housing for construction crews grows, Smallwood Corporate Housing has expanded its services to accommodate the needs of developers and contractors. Guest Paperwork, Credit & Screening Information

To ensure a smooth rental process, Smallwood Corporate Housing requires guests to complete certain paperwork, including a guest form, stay agreement, and ID form. A positive credit score of 75% or higher and background screening for all occupants over 18 years old is necessary. A deposit payment is required to secure your reservation, and rental payment portions must be paid before the move-in date. All required documentation and payments must be completed within 14 days of your arrival to confirm your reservation.
