PAWsitively Sweet Bakery is a family-owned dog bakery and pet store based in San Antonio, TX. Since opening in 2013, we have been celebrating the health and happiness of our FURiends by providing delicious, healthy treats and cakes. We specialize in a variety of dog treats, pastries, and chews and have recently expanded our selection to include cat treats as well.

Our bakery offers a wide range of treats for every occasion, from birthday cakes and cupcakes to doggie-approved pastries like EmPAWnadas, PUPtarts, S’mores, and even PUPeroni Pizza. Our Canine Cuisine Chef, Alexis, a culinary-trained expert, has designed many of these mouth-watering delights.

A Word From Our Founder

“Hello FURiends and family! I’m Alexis, the founder of PAWsitively Sweet Bakery. I’ve always had a deep affection for animals and a passion for baking. In middle school, I started my first business, donating all my proceeds to local animal rescues. After working as a baker at a pie shop, I followed my dream to open a dog bakery and have loved every minute of this journey.

Along the way, I’ve had many furry companions, including my German & White Shepherd mix, Sakari, who’s been with me since 2013. My store greeter, Sadie the Labrador, was part of the family until 2021, and I also had Delilah the Rat Terrier, who lived with me from 2006 to 2021. My experiences with these lovable pets inspire me every day.”
