Established in 2009, Hunter and Maddox began with two agents and has grown into a full-service property management company with over 20 agents. With plans for expansion into multiple markets this year, our company has always prioritized delivering a concierge-style service to property owners.
Meet the Business Owner
Hunter and Maddox was born out of necessity. Our founder, Richard C., started the company after struggling to find a property manager who could provide both professional care and financial returns for a family vacation home in Whistler, BC. Realizing that there had to be a better way, he decided to revolutionize property management by creating a company that would prioritize both exceptional service and strong financial outcomes for owners.
