About Us: Go Tuk’n 

Go Tuk’n is a family-owned and operated business founded by Stephanie Dale and Steven Dix, who bring over 35 years of combined experience in the tourism and events industry. Their journey to bring the fun and unique Tuk Tuks to Jacksonville began during their family trips to Costa Rica, where they fell in love with these electric vehicles. It took six years of planning and dedication for their dream to come to life.

The Birth of Go Tuk’n

The idea of Go Tuk’n was born out of a shared passion between husband and wife duo, Stephanie and Steven, for creating memorable experiences for both locals and visitors in Jacksonville. The couple’s background in the tourism industry, combined with their love for the vibrant culture of Costa Rica, inspired them to bring the electric Tuk Tuks to the streets of their hometown. Over the years, they have grown the business and stayed true to their core values of “locals helping locals.”

Expanding Offerings and Partnerships

From their humble beginnings, Go Tuk’n has expanded its offerings and partnerships, always focusing on promoting Jacksonville’s best features. The company is proud to offer the only Certified Public Art Tour in collaboration with ArtRepublic Global, highlighting the city’s thriving art scene. Additionally, Go Tuk’n has partnered with local breweries to create the popular Jax Brewery Tours, giving residents and visitors alike a unique way to experience Jacksonville’s craft beer culture.

Innovative Experiences: Tuk’n Wine & Taps and Tuk’n Ride

Go Tuk’n is continually evolving and looking for new, exciting ways to engage with the community. Most recently, the company has introduced Tuk’n Wine & Taps, a mobile, eco-friendly bar built into a Tuk Tuk. This innovative service can be welcomed into nearly any venue, offering a unique experience for events, festivals, and gatherings.

In addition to this, Go Tuk’n has entered the transportation space by partnering with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to offer Tuk’n Ride. This pay-to-ride shuttle service connects Downtown, Riverside, and Avondale, providing an eco-conscious and fun alternative to traditional transportation.
