Gateway Community Church is a diverse and inclusive community of individuals who are on a shared journey of transformation. We recognize that we all have imperfect and messy lives, but we are united in our pursuit of a deeper, transformative relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other. At Gateway, we embrace everyone—no matter your story, questions, doubts, or struggles. We are passionate about doing life together in community, growing intentionally as individuals, and serving one another as well as the broader community.

At Gateway Community Church, we believe that life is better when done together. We are not just a group of people who gather on Sundays; we are a community that supports and encourages one another throughout the week. Our mission is to create a space where people can experience growth, healing, and connection, while pursuing a relationship with Jesus. Whether you are new to faith or have been on this journey for a while, we welcome you to join us as we walk together toward becoming the people God created us to be.

A Place for Everyone

We understand that everyone comes with different experiences, struggles, and questions. That’s why we are a church where everyone is welcome, no matter where they are on their spiritual journey. Whether you have doubts, are exploring faith for the first time, or have been a believer for many years, we believe there is a place for you here. At Gateway, we create a non-judgmental environment where people can explore their faith at their own pace and grow into the people God has called them to be.

Our Locations and Campuses

Founded in 1998, Gateway Community Church is a multi-campus church with locations throughout Austin. Our main campus is in Northwest Austin on McNeil Drive, but we also have a South Austin campus that meets at Crockett High School. In addition to our campuses, we are committed to doing church where we do life. This is why we have networks spread across the city of Austin. These networks are smaller groups of 30 to 75 people who gather regularly for worship, study, service, and community outreach.

Gateway Networks: Serving and Growing Together

In addition to our weekend services, we believe in the power of smaller, more intimate groups called Gateway Networks. These networks are groups that meet regularly to grow spiritually, build relationships, and serve the needs of their local communities. Whether it’s supporting a neighborhood, helping others in need, or simply growing together in faith, these networks provide an opportunity to do life with others in a meaningful way. We believe that life change happens best in community, and our networks are designed to create space for people to deepen relationships and make a difference in their surrounding area.
