Meet Spiros Drossos: A Culinary Maestro

Spiros Drossos has deep roots in the food industry, beginning his journey in Napa Valley at his family’s renowned restaurant, The Penguins Seafood Grotto. Starting as a Maitre D’, he mastered the art of hospitality and fine dining, eventually launching acclaimed dining establishments such as Speero’s Restaurant and Tavern, Selini, and The Boathouse Restaurant and Grille at Sonoma County Airport.

Expanding Culinary Excellence

Spiros introduced Chicago Pizza Kitchen to the SF Bay Area, bringing a taste of the Midwest to California. After immigrating to Ontario, Canada, he quickly made his mark by opening two more locations in Maple and Woodbridge.
