His career began as an AP newspaper photographer during his college years, where he honed his skills in capturing compelling images under tight deadlines. Over time, Dan’s passion for photography led him to commercial wedding assignments, which opened the doors to a broader range of commercial photography opportunities.

Dan is also deeply invested in the growth of the photography industry. He served as the past president of the Jacksonville Professional Photographers Guild, where he dedicated his time to helping new photographers grow their business and refine their craft. As a mentor, Dan is passionate about passing on his knowledge to the next generation of photographers, ensuring the continued growth of the art.
