Carrabba’s Italian Grill was born out of the passion of two Sicilian boys from Texas who share a deep love for cooking and eating. Our food journey began with the Sicilian dishes lovingly prepared by our parents and grandparents. These meals, rich in history and flavor, are the foundation of what we do today. In addition to our Sicilian roots, we also embraced the Creole and Southern influences brought by our family members from Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. And as proud Texans, we’ve incorporated Western flavors into our culinary experience, making each dish a reflection of the diverse cultural landscape that has shaped us.

To my mamma, Grace, the greatest cook I ever knew, I owe everything.
