History

Founded in 2004, Next Step has helped over 300 clients refine their messaging and expand their customer base. The agency was established by Shirin Oreizy, who has built the company on a foundation of research-based design principles and behavioral insights. Before founding Next Step, Shirin worked as a design engineer at Nvidia Corp and 3dfx Interactive.

Meet the Business Owner – Shirin Oreizy

Shirin Oreizy, the founder of Next Step, has spent over 15 years helping companies develop clear and effective messaging. She dedicates significant time to understanding the vision and passion of each client before creating a tailored proposal, as this is where the magic happens. Shirin’s background is diverse, having attended schools in both the U.S. and Iran, earned an engineering degree from UC Berkeley, and founded a successful design agency. Her unique blend of technical expertise and cultural understanding allows her to connect with clients across different industries and verticals.
