We specialize in statues made from carved stone, metal, and exotic carved wood, as well as graceful dancing Hindu statues and Tibetan and Nepalese Buddhas. Our collection also includes a wide array of deities such as Ganesha, Shiva, Laxmi, Saraswati, and more.

We also offer free daily meditation classes at the Dharma Bum Temple, located nearby, to further support your journey toward peace and enlightenment.

History of Buddha For You

Founded in 1998, Buddha For You became a beloved part of the Southern California community. Over the years, the store became a go-to destination for those looking to enhance their spaces with Buddhist-inspired art and accessories. However, in December 2009, the store was on the verge of closing. The long-time loyal customers of the Dharma Bum Temple, understanding the importance of the Buddha’s image in people’s homes, came together to save the store.

This support allowed Buddha For You to continue its mission of sharing the practice of meditation and educating people about Buddhism. In 2017, the store relocated from the SDSU college area and is now proudly located inside the Dharma Bum Temple in University Heights, continuing to serve its community and offering a place for both spiritual growth and relaxation.
