The Phoenix, AZ office was opened in 2010 to expand the company’s reach, which originally started in Las Vegas, NV. Over the years, GRE has built a strong reputation for its expertise in various aspects of real estate, from residential to commercial properties.

Meet Keith Grayson, Broker-Owner

Keith Grayson, the Broker-Owner of Grayson Real Estate, has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Originally from Little Rock, AR, Keith attended the University of Arkansas, where he studied Finance. With his deep background in real estate and finance, Keith opened the Arizona office to further grow his real estate brokerage. Before coming to Arizona, GRE had a strong presence in Las Vegas, where Keith successfully listed and sold hundreds of REO properties for prominent institutions like Fannie Mae and Bank of America.

Keith’s extensive experience spans across residential, commercial, and investment properties. He has sold over 900 listings in Arizona and Nevada, totaling over $250,000,000 in sales volume. His background also includes renovating over 70 properties around Maricopa County with sales exceeding $17,000,000. As a result of his passion and success in real estate, Keith has built a portfolio of investment properties and is currently growing his property management portfolio.

Keith’s Personal Life

When Keith isn’t busy working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. He loves camping in the woods with his wife, Brittany, and their sons, Jett and Brock. Keith also enjoys playing catch with his two dogs, Danzig and Hazel. Despite his busy professional life, he values time with his loved ones and strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
