Our journey in real estate development began outside of Los Angeles, in the secondary markets, with the acquisition of a 20-acre parcel in Joshua Tree, California. This project marked the beginning of our passion for creating unique and serene retreats away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The land was developed into a beautiful desert oasis offering a tranquil escape, combining both luxury and simplicity for those looking to recharge.

Pre-Development and Design Plan

Our vision for the property included petitioning for rezoning and subdividing the land into eight 2.5-acre lots. Each lot featured a thoughtfully designed 3,500 square foot luxury home, with a minimalistic design that emphasized comfort and peace. The homes included stunning in-ground pools nestled at the center, creating an outdoor atrium that allowed residents to experience the magical, expansive star-filled desert sky. This project not only offers a retreat but also brings the beauty of the desert landscape into everyday life.
