The foundation of LOVECRAFT’s menu is built on the culinary traditions of New Mexico, where our team was born and raised. When we inherited a smoker from the previous establishment, we saw an opportunity to experiment and combine these traditional flavors with the rich, smoky goodness of Texas-style BBQ. After some trial and error, it became clear that spicy Hatch chiles and slow-cooked, low-and-slow smoked meats were a match made in heaven. This delicious marriage of flavors gave birth to our unique culinary style—a fusion of New Mexican heat and Texas BBQ smokiness that is unlike anything else.
