Our Policies

Reservations Policy

Reservations are required in advance for all stays at La Maison in Midtown. Rates and room availability vary throughout the year, and a 17% Hotel Occupancy Tax will be added to all room rates.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misconduct and will be charged for repair or replacement costs. By providing your credit card information, you authorize La Maison in Midtown to charge for all room charges, including incidentals, packages, or any damage to property during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small property, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. For group reservations, multiple-room bookings, or special events, a 14-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made after the required notice period will incur a cancellation fee. For one-night stays, the fee is $50, and for multiple-night stays, the cancellation fee is equivalent to one night’s room charge. For entire house bookings, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total charges will apply.
